I believe one of the best investments we can make in life is in ourselves. Whether you are struggling with the stress of daily life, overwhelming feelings, understanding or communicating how you feel or problem behaviors, I feel we can come together to create goals and take steps toward achieving those goals. I believe in creating a safe and welcoming space to help strengthen the therapeutic relationship. I work primarily with those experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders and eating disorders. I have an empathetic, yet direct approach that focuses on empowering you to achieve your goals and maintain success.
