Hi, I’m Stephanie Lanphier, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help deep-thinking, deep-feeling women reconnect to their bodies, quiet the mental noise, and heal the relationship they have with themselves. If you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, disordered eating, body image concerns, or that constant sense of “never enough,” you're not alone. Many of my clients are sensitive, insightful women who appear high-functioning on the outside — yet inside, they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own vitality.
