Over the past several years, I have focused on supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and stress/burnout. I have particular interest and expertise in the medical field, providing counseling to providers and those struggling with acute or chronic illness.
