I am passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma as well as those who are neurodiverse. I have found that people who are ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD can have more difficulty with processing their trauma due to coping mechanisms and masking. I strive to work with people to be able to validate their own experiences, find and believe the truth about themselves, and for them to live their lives authentically. At this time, I am only working with people 18 and older.
