As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with individuals and couples to obtain mental and physical health wellness and provide supportive services. I assist with a range of needs, including everyday life stressors and challenges, as well as severe mental illness and/or chemical dependency. I am also interested in the effects of trauma and stress on an individual’s mental health, behavior and resiliency. My goal is to promote mind-body connections, individual healing, and the development of healthy families.
