Congratulations on starting the therapy process! Sometimes the beginning is the hardest part, especially if you're struggling with depression or anxiety. If you're feeling overwhelmed by life (even if you don't look like it to everyone else... perfectionists, caregivers, go-getters, I'm talking to you!), I'm here to help. I am a psychodynamically trained therapist, and my therapy style is open, warm, playful, and supportive. As a therapist, I aim to help people develop a better understanding of themself and their emotions. When we understand ourselves and our past, we can make better, healthier, more authentic choices in the future.
