The disagreements are numerous and we rarely seem to find a resolution. Each argument chips away at the bond that used to be sturdy and resilient. Chronic conflict leads to ambivalence and resentment in the relationship, and eventually is destructive. That’s where I come in! I specialize in working with exhausted and burned out couples, family members, and parents stuck in the cycle of conflict, self-doubt, and disconnection. People come to me when they’re ready to get to work. They're tired of spinning their wheels and getting nowhere. If you want to repair a strained relationship, better attune to the emotional needs of your partner, or learn to show up authentically in the face of stressful life circumstances, then I’m here to help! I use an EFT, Gottman, and somatic approach.
