I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel understood, explore what’s on your mind, and discover new ways of coping and connecting. My approach is laidback yet focused, blending real conversations with evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine, comfortable, and tailored to you not one-size-fits-all.
