As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can feel understood, seen, and supported in session. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges: internal struggles such as painful emotions, past trauma, and present stressors, as well as external pressures like cultural or family expectations while also trying to care for themselves.
