Whether you’ve been feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode, therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and regain your balance. I work with women who may feel emotionally drained from caring for everyone else, and with men who often carry silent burdens while trying to stay strong for others. Whether it’s stress, grief, or major life changes, I help my clients reconnect with themselves and find balance & confidence again.
