Are you having relationship problems? Do you feel depressed, anxious, or stressed out? Do you require assistance in learning how to co-parent? As a registered mental health intern, it is my goal to teach people how to live a healthy lifestyle, form satisfying relationships, and develop positive habits. I specialize in working with children, individuals, couples, and families. Targeting inefficient habits, beliefs, and behaviors is the main focus of my work. Likewise, my goal is to provide couples practical techniques they can apply to their everyday life, such as heightened desire and enjoyment in their relationship.
