Aloha mai kakou. I offer individual and group therapy for anxiety, panic and phobias, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, stress management and living with chronic conditions. As a mental health clinician for county mental health clinics and as a psychotherapist in private practice, I have seen how courageously individuals deal with life difficulties. When it seems they feel overwhelmed by their situations or when they feel the need for support and clarity, they take the next step and seek counseling.
