Hello, I’m Dr. Monaco, a psychiatrist and therapist offering Couples Therapy (IMAGO), individual psychotherapy, and medication management. I work with couples who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or concerned about the future of their relationship and who are seeking thoughtful, high-level care. My dual medical and therapeutic training allows me to address the emotional, relational, and biological factors impacting intimacy, communication, and trust. Through an integrative, insight-driven approach, I help couples break entrenched patterns, restore emotional safety, and rebuild lasting connection.
