You are taking a brave step in seeking help! I am here to offer clients a safe space to explore and discover themselves while building a healthy tool box for dealing with life's stressors. The population I work with are college aged, young adults and adults. I enjoy helping clients through life's stressors, anxiety, grief and loss, self esteem and academic/work success. I work from a strengths based and solution focused approach, with the goal of creating a more balanced, resilient life. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I am equipped to help clients through life’s stressors, anxiety, and mood related concerns from a cognitive behavioral approach. I am specifically trained as a Certified Grief Counselor, helping clients come to terms with loss of a loved one. I offer both groups and individual sessions.
