I am a middle-age, cis, average size female, passionate about working with adults struggling with trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and parenting. In addition to my private practice, I have supported children, individuals, and families within the community mental health system for 20+ years. As a clinical supervisor for 18 years, I also provide clinical consultation and licensing supervision. My primary therapeutic approach and model is Internal Family Systems. I am in long-term recovery/recovering from an eating disorder, and I am a Certified Binge Eating and Chronic Dieting Professional. I embrace the principles of Body Trust and Health at Every Size.
