Finding balance in a chaotic world can be tough at any age. Growth and change often leave us feeling stuck—but you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe people thrive when they feel understood and supported. With 25 years as a personal trainer and 20 as a piano teacher, I bring a creative, whole-person perspective into therapy. As part of a military family who moved from Ohio in 2019, I also understand the challenges of adjusting to new surroundings.
