Empowering teens, young adults, and adults achieve their highest potential is something I am passionate about! I have interest in assisting those who experience anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal conflict, self esteem issues, personal identity issues, and more, to recognize and utilize the strengths they already have, while working together and learning new strategies to take whatever life is throwing at them in stride! I want my clients to feel free to come as they are to sessions, so the space we create can be as open, authentic, and safe as possible. I strive to provide client centered care. There is no one size fits all form of therapy, so whatever you enter the session needing, I am here for it! Whether you need a structured agenda, a mindful breathing sesh, or work on a puzzle to keep your mind at ease while we dive into the deep end, I will do my best to accommodate your needs and provide support!
