Teens and young adults often come to me when life feels overwhelming, relationships feel complicated, or emotions feel hard to manage. I’ve always felt drawn to this age group—first as a high school teacher, then as a parent, and now as a counselor. I admire their spirit and resilience, and I know how much they need a safe space where they feel valued, accepted, and supported. In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, encouraging space where we explore what’s going on, laugh together, and build tools to help you face challenges with confidence.
