About
At times, all of us experience "lostness" - be it around our sense of self, a relationship, a death, or dreams of the past or future. As a culture, we have a hard time being with and navigating through loss and change. I believe they deserve attention. In therapy, my role is to help you learn about yourself, your patterns, and your early survival strategies, working to restore and build connection with your emotions, your body, and what gives you meaning. I specialize in supporting people with attachment and relationship struggles, trauma, and and all forms of grief and loss. In my practice, I incorporate training in grief and trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness and somatic techniques, and relational psychodynamic approaches. My experiences as a leadership coach and facilitator, birth doula, yoga teacher, family member, parent and friend all inform how I support people through life changes and challenges.
