I have experience working with clients specifically in correctional facilities, substance use treatment, all the way to clients in acute care recently admitted for hospitalization for psychiatric stabilization. I provide a nonjudgmental approach in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, grief & loss, serious mental illness, along with adjustment to recent life stressors. I believe in working with the client collaboratively to individualized treatment plans by utilizing specific interventions to develop measurable goals, improve coping skills, as well as stress management skills.
