I'm passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s ups and downs. By providing a safe, non-judgemental environment to explore challenges, I aim to create a space where you can learn more about yourself and set meaningful goals. Whether this is your first time in therapy, you’re returning to try again, or you have experience with higher levels of care such as PHP, IOP, or inpatient treatment, I look forward to beginning our work together. In addition to helping individuals manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, transitions and self doubt, I specialize in behavioral issues in children and teens who exhibit risk-taking or aggressive behaviors. I also help families navigate relational struggles such as estrangement, DCFS or court involvement, and communication difficulties.
