Hi, I’m Stephanie! If you’ve made it this far and it’s your first time pursuing therapy, congratulations! Deciding to begin therapy can be intimidating, but it can also be incredibly life changing. I have worked at each level of care addressing mental health and substance abuse disorders. My clinical background specializes in suicide prevention and intervention, anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief and loss. Stateside, some of my proudest work has been serving our nation’s Veterans at the Gulf Coast VA, providing care to those navigating TBI, combat-related PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and substance use disorders. Internationally, I have served in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, supporting survivors of drug and sex-trafficking.
