My practice is dedicated to supporting clients through a range of challenges, with a focus on maternal mental health, infertility, pregnancy and perinatal loss, reproductive and birth trauma, menopause, childfree-affirmative therapy, as well as supporting all reproductive experiences. I also provide compassionate care for individuals navigating the grief of a parent, child, partner & sibling loss. I provide in person therapy in PA & or virtual sessions for PA & NJ residents. My practice utilizes an integration of therapy approaches: Brainspotting , Narrative therapy, EMDR, somatic experiencing framework , strength-based & mindfulness techniques to customize treatment plans.
