I support adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and major life transitions. My work is especially centered on those who’ve experienced generational trauma, immigration-related stress, or the challenges of being first-generation. I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that can help process trauma, reduce anxiety, and build coping skills.
