Finding the right therapist is an important step in your healing process. I believe people possess more strength and resilience than they realize and my passion is assisting with that realization. My areas of focus include life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction. You will be met with compassion and understanding while we work together to address the issues preventing you from reaching your fullest potential. We will create goals and develop strategies and coping skills to reach them. I have gained insight by earning certifications in Reiki (level 1 and 2) and Transcendental Meditation.
