I am a licensed psychologist and enjoy working with individuals (ages 16+) struggling with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, interpersonal relationships, and difficult relationships with food and body. I am especially passionate about supporting clients struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, and negative body image from a Health At Every Size informed approach. Because of my background in health psychology, I am highly attentive to the complexities of the mind-body connection in general, such as the impact of chronic health conditions on mental wellbeing and vice versa.
