My mission is to provide comprehensive services that promote creative growth, on-task development, and resiliency. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families in all seasons of their life. I enjoy helping clients and their families work on obtaining the tools they need to survive life stressors, challenges, and events that are uncontrollable. I love using a Cognitive Behavioral perspective but integrating other evidenced based approaches to help meet each client's individual needs.
