We’ll start to sort and organize your life story, unearth harmful patterns, and generate solutions that will help you live with more intention and authenticity. Through that process, you’ll see yourself, your life, and your experiences through a different perspective that will help you break through barriers that have held you back. I'm enthusiastic about increasing access to effective treatment around OCD, religious trauma, recovery from abuse and trauma, and LGBTQ+ specific challenges.
