I am passionate about helping individuals discover internal motivation, strengths and coping skills while learning, growing and accomplishing goals. Finding a connection with my clients in order to build and maintain a therapeutic relationship is an important element of my counseling style. Upon request, I offer faith-based therapy by providing a space where you are able to connect the beliefs of your faith with various counseling strategies. We decide together how much or little you would like to include faith in your individual sessions.
