Greetings! I am Stephanie Wilson, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I see each person for who they are through a kaleidoscope of colors. My experience and certifications have focused on behavior modification with a solution focus. My desire is to help you cross the next bridge in your life. Understanding how you arrived at this point in your life, your experiences, your family history, and your genetic factors provides a starting point. From there, your needs will dictate the theoretical approach which may include Psychoanalytic, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, or Solution-Focused to name a few. My goal is to always provide a safe and relaxing environment for my clients. A place where they feel free to be themselves and share openly. Where my gentle guidance, encouragement, and loving accountability will facilitate their healing and growth.
