As a therapist, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can heal, build confidence, and uncover their inner strength. I know taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health challenges and diverse backgrounds. Together, we’ll set small, attainable goals that foster deep healing, emotional resilience, and lasting change toward peace and well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD but work with individuals from all walks of life. I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), blending CBT, REBT, psychodynamic approaches, and holistic somatic techniques. My goal is to help clients build self-trust and create meaningful, lasting change.
