Stephanie has extensive experience with individuals and families utilizing a client centered systemic approach, premiere practices, nutrition, and strength-based practices. She has great passion for working with women's issues, trauma, and maternal mental health as well as a strong desire for learning and to continue to build on her expertise by attending webinars, trainings, or courses regularly to enhance her skill set. Stephanie is interested in learning about the most up-to-date interventions for Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety as it pertains to women's issues. The first session is about reviewing informed consent, gathering symptoms about what troubles the client, and how I can best serve them.
