Navigating life's intricacies can feel daunting, but that does not mean you have to face them alone. I am here to assist you on your journey through the good, the bad, the melancholy, and anything in between. I base my therapeutic alliance on compassion, collaboration, and authenticity. The counseling atmosphere should always be a safe space to explore without fear of judgment. Oftentimes we are met with stigma and compartmentalization throughout life, working with me will offer a space to leave those notions and labels at the door. Everyone we encounter is a product of the intersections in their lives. We as humans are extremely complex so it is difficult to reduce an individual to simply one label. If humans are that complex, that also means our journey toward growth, peak performance, and healing can be just as complex. I enthusiastically welcome all ages and demographics.
