Hello! I am happy you have found my page and I hope to connect! I enjoy helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, other mood related disorders, life changes/adjustment, and behavioral challenges. When someone comes to see me they will be engaged in identifying the necessary tools to help cope with any difficult feelings and address any potential obstacles. My goal is to help you become equipped with the necessary strategies and tools to handle difficult situations on your own in the future. I hope to hear from you soon! I have experience working with clients of all age ranges with history of trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment concerns. I have received Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training and work closely with those who struggle with regulating their emotions. Currently, I am only seeing those 18 years and older.
