I am a licensed clinical social worker, passionately committed to helping my clients navigate life's challenges and rediscover their inner strength. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices, and mindfulness-based practices. I work primarily with women and teens navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma. Additionally, I have a passion for parenting and I am here to support you on your parenting journey. I am also trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
