The decision to begin therapy is often made during a complicated or difficult time. I believe that everyone has the ability to achieve emotional and mental well-being when they put their mind to it. They just may need some encouragement and support from someone they trust to help get them there. My role as your counselor is to meet you where you are so that I can support and empower you on your journey to finding that well-being. We will work together to process and create a plan that will help you to solve and overcome your challenges, and to empower you to arrive at the place you want to be.
