Dr. Sacks specializes in providing evidence-based cognitive-behavioral treatments tailored to the individual needs and goals of her patients. She offers research-proven treatments in an atmosphere full of warmth, collaboration and mutual respect. Dr. Sacks has specialized training in the treatment of Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and Mood Disorders. She obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami and completed her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship specializing in Trauma at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
