The focus of my practice is with adults, couples and teenagers. The focus of my work with clients include issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I have had many years of experience with traumatized clients as well (sexual and physical abuse). My ideal client is one who is ready to work in therapy--to discover and get to the bottom of it all. My goal is to create a safe and accepting environment where one can open up and begin to deal with inner conflicts and pain.
