I am a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress, and substance use concerns. I strive to foster a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful, lasting change. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor and am passionate about supporting counselors-in-training and early career professionals as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity.
