Hi, I’m Stephanie. I provide clinical mental health therapy and substance abuse treatment in both Michigan and Wisconsin. I have 10 years of experience in helping clients recover from addiction, regulate moods, manage anger, increase motivation, reduce anxiety, improve self-esteem and confidence, and overcome career difficulties. At some point in everyone’s life, we all need someone to help us navigate our way, so signing up for therapy was taking your first courageous step.
