Hello! Firstly, good for you for taking a step toward taking care of yourself! I'm sure you'd like to know a little about me. I have been a clinician for 18 years and decided to do so after living in a family with mental illness and understanding the lasting impact this can have. I understand growing up with difficult experiences, and I'm here to hear you...to see you...to understand you. I am a mother of two children who both struggle with ADHD and significant anxiety. We rock this life together! I volunteer much of my time with after school programs for children/youth and with providing engaging activities for our senior population. I enjoy serving others and helping others find their inner genius! I am a spiritual person who believes in energy and the power of mindfulness and self reflection.
