I take a curious & nonjudgmental approach to getting to know you. We'll explore how your past impacts the present, and we'll capitalize on your natural strengths. Evidence based practices such as EMDR and somatic approaches can help you gain insight and shift your mindset. Intensives and extended sessions are available to help accelerate the process.
