Welcome! It takes a lot of guts to look for a therapist and by doing so you’re already starting the hard work of healing. Every part of yourself is safe to exist in my therapy office: the scared, the angry, the perfectionist. My goal is to allow your whole self to feel seen and understood, without judgment.
