Through an integrative approach, I help clients process and regulate difficult emotions that at times may hijack their body, - preventing change, behaviors, and outcomes. Placing value in the therapist/client connection, I will help you let go of what's holding you back to feel more at peace, grounded, and lighter to embrace challenges and thrive. I am also a certified Grief-Informed professional bringing compassion and understanding to those navigating loss and unresolved emotions.
