They may be navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, or unresolved past experiences, and they’re ready for real change not just temporary relief. They want practical tools, emotional clarity, and a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard and understood. Many are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted, self-critical, or unsure how to set healthy boundaries.
