I'm a Bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker with over 9 years of expierence. My focus areas include trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem & school related problems. I have an undeterred commitment to helping people learn to navigate their vision of self-help via social work. I strongly believe that social work is a paramount building block to self-esteem and empowerment and have proven that a mindful approach to social work can greatly impact one’s life. It is equally challenging and rewarding to ask for help, but my goal is to establish a welcoming and judgement-free environment encouraging growth and healing
