At Sanctuary Therapy and Consulting, I strive to create just that: a place where you can safely work through the things that trouble you. I currently provide telehealth to adults (18+) in Michigan. I see therapy as a collaborative process: while I am the expert on mental health, you are the expert on yourself and your life. We’ll work together to find the best approach for you.
