I am Stephanie and my passion is working with women and teenage girls who have experienced trauma and are ready to move forward from the effects of it. Getting through the day can be a struggle after trauma occurs. It can feel like your personality completely changes. Like you are unseen, unheard, and a burden. You have tried navigating these feelings on your own, but need more support. Maybe this is occurring to your teenager and you want to ensure they are getting the right help at the right time. I understand how major life changes or trauma can effect someone's life. As a trauma therapist, I will work with you to determine the right kind of treatment to help you overcome these experiences and get back to enjoying life.
