I am passionate about helping individuals tap into their inner strengths and uncover obstacles that may hinder healing and growth. By gently challenging my clients, I aim to create those “ah ha” moments that lead to deeper self-awareness and transformation. I provide a compassionate and supportive space for survivors of trauma, including racial trauma, couples, families, and individuals striving to overcome substance use disorders. I am dedicated to fostering a culturally congruent space where clients can explore societal pressures, internalized oppression, intergenerational trauma, and ancestral wounds.
