Stephanie offers over fifteen years of experience and a safe, supportive environment where children, adolescents, and adults can find genuine support and professional guidance. When parents see their children struggling (with sadness/anxiety/anger/loneliness/or behavioral problems) and are unsure how to help, they often feel frustrated and helpless. Stephanie offers children and adolescents the opportunity to express themselves, explore their unique strengths and challenges, identify underlying problems, and develop skills needed to manage and overcome those challenges. Working together to help parents learn to better understand and meet the needs of their child and create a family environment where all members can thrive.
